Terms of Service

Payment

  • Payment only via Boosty / Sberbank (for Russian) / Tinkoff;

  • We accept payments in dollars, euros and rubles;

  • 50% prepayment before sketch;

  • 100% prepayment after sketch approval;

  • Refunds can only be made for the unfinished part (if the sketch\linework is not started yet - you get 100% of original payment back; during the lineart stage - 30-50% refund of original payment will be issued)

  • Payment should be made only after discussing the details of your commission;

Additional fees

You get charged extra for:

  • Extra characters (+90% of price);

  • Complicated outfits;

  • Complicated body parts (detailed wings, many horns, etc.);

  • Detailed tattoos on your characters;

  • Detailed backgrounds;

  • Major edits (Changing the pose\ the background\weapons\costume at the stages after the approval of the sketch) or their number (more than 3 medium edits and 6 small edits) if it’s NOT OUR mistakes.

  • Urgent commissions

  • Privat commissions

Using and publication

  • Personal use only, any commercial use is prohibited (work for commercial purposes is discussed separately);

  • You're free to use and print the commissioned piece for any personal/non-commercial purposes; 

  • Commercial use is discussed before work begins;

  • You're free to post any SFW and NSFW commissioned piece giving a credit to us as an artists;

  • Any editing (despite cropping for an avatar/banner/sfw animation/etc.) is prohibited;

The rights we reserve:

  • The right to post (or not) all the finished images at our galleries (tumblr/furaffinity/instagram/twitter/Patreon/VK/etc);

  • The right to post the drawing process of the commissioned piece at our galleries (but we can discuss the possibility of not posting WIP version);

  • The right to use the finished artworks for self-promotion (banners or announcements at conventions);

  • The right to print/distribute your commission;

  • The right to refuse to draw your commission without the explanation (ONLY before the prepay is proceeded);

  • The right to cancel commission during process of work due to unforeseen problems on our part, in this case you will be refunded the full payment.

NB!

  • We create digital goods. We do not send physical copies of artworks.

  • We do not share the .psd files; But we can provide you the drawing process in .jpg or .gif for digital commissions;

  • If NSFW content is requested, the commissioner must be 18 years or older;

  • References and text descriptions are required. We accept clear and concise visual references (refs, pictures, photos, etc) and description of the commission idea.

  • Every process of commissioned artworks can be streamed (if you don't wish to, please notify us).

  • Please note there is a queue of commissions and you may have to wait for some time.

  • All the paid commissions are put on our Commissions List. We will provide a link to this after payment. You can check up the queue and your status whenever you please;

  • The approximate time for completing the commission is from 1.5 weeks or more, not including the waiting time for your turn.

  • The more slots you order, the longer the waiting time.

  • We are working together on several commissions of varying complexity at the same time. Therefore, sometimes some later orders can be completed faster.

  • Our PATRONS have the right to take slots and be the higher in the list of commissions.

  • If you order a commission as a gift by a certain date, notify us in advance. We may be able to prioritize your work, but sometimes this is not possible.

  • If you have decided to refund, please, before you do that, please let us know to discuss it. Usually we do not keep money on Paypal. Paypal refunds completely freeze our account and all activities with it.

WE DRAW:

  • Humans, anthro, animals, dragons, some fantasy/supernatural creatures, aliens, monsters and other similar things, MLP, Pokemons;

  • Fan-art and OC

  • Erotic and NSFW-content;

  • Robots, machinery (depends on design)

  • Backgrounds and landscapes

  • Bloody story scenes

  • Armor and weapons

WE DON’T DRAW:

  • Hyperrealism

  • Automobiles (does not apply to robots and cyborgs)

  • Zoophilia

  • Guro

  • Sexual assault

  • We do not draw in other artist's styles

 

Working Process

! All discussion of the work only by our email - squaredlogs@gmail.com !

  • You send your request for a commission to us by email or use the form on the site.

  • We are discussing the preliminary cost.

  • We make a sketch and discuss it with you, approving the cost and additional points. If you want to take more commissions than you planned during the sketch selection process, this is possible and discussed.

  • We send an invoice for payment.

  • You pay 100% in advance.

  • We put your order in the queue.

  • When ready, we send you the work process and approve it with you.

  • We make edits if required. A large number of edits are paid additionally.

  • At the end of the work we are sending you a high resolution file. 
    Please note: we can make for you a crop for an avatar, a banner, a collage with several of your orders, make the image smaller for ease of use. We are not obliged to do this. But do not hesitate to ask us for something like this!
    Thank you for understanding!

  • After we have finished your commission and get your approval (in any form), our deal is considered complete. This means that you can't ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.

Our ToS must be read, understood and accepted with all the above terms before entering into an agreement with us. By sending payment, you agrees to the above terms.
